Government Permanent met on 18th  June, 2010 considering and concluding on the proposal of the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province (document No: 1897/UBND – TCTM 26th, April 2010) about organizing The Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival as follows:

1. Approval of the proposal by the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province to hold The Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival every two years at the above mention document.

The Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival is held in the form of socialization to encourage businesses, organizations, individuals and foreign organizations to participate in the festival.

2. To assign the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province to chair, and co-ordinate with the People’s Committee of the Central Highlands (Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Lam Dong), the Ministries and Agencies in organizing Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival on March every year. (The third Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival is held from 10th - 13 rd March, 2011).

3. To assign Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism to chair and co-ordinate with Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Information and Media, the Ministries and Agencies supporting the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province to hold the festival every two years successfully
